- 1/4 cup Tahini
- 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
- 6+ Garlic Cloves
- 2 tbs Truffle Infused Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Garlic Salt
- 2 tbs Cumin
- 1 can Chick peas
- 1 tbs Truffle Spices
In a food processor, mix the tahini and the lemon juice. Next add the garlic, truffle infused olive oil, cumin, garlic salt, and truffle spices and mix.
Wash and drain the chick peas and add half to the food processor, mix, add the second half and mix again.
For truffle spices I use the Urban Accents Mushroom Truffle Hunt jar I found on Amazon.
