- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 3+ garlic cloves
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 1 tsp Garlic Salt
- 2 tbs cumin
- 1 can chickpeas
- 1 tbs Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 tbs Sriracha
In a food processor, mix the tahini and the lemon juice. Next add the garlic, olive oil, cumin, garlic salt, red pepper flakes, and sriracha, and mix.
Wash and drain the chick peas and add half to the food processor, mix, add the second half and mix again.
If it isn’t spicy enough, add more sriracha, or other spicy paste or hot sauce, but don’t go overboard because it may make your hummus too runny.
