Garlic Hummus

  • 1/4 cup Tahini
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
  • 6+ Garlic Cloves
  • 2 tbs Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Salt
  • 2 tbs Cumin
  • 1 can Chick peas
  • 3 or 4 Green Onions

Wash the chick peas, and then place in a pan on medium heat, add chopped green onions, and 3 garlic cloves, stir until the green onions are a little brown.

Pro tip: Add all 6 garlic cloves to the food processor and dice them now, then add half of them to the pan.

In the food processor, mix the tahini and the lemon juice, if you heeded the pro tip, you don’t have to remove the second half not in the pan, it’ll be okay. Next add the olive oil, cumin, and garlic salt to the food processor and mix. When the chick peas on the stove are ready, add half to the food processor and mix, then add the second half and mix again.
