Gasparilla 2016 Time Lapse
February 1, 2016

Gasparilla is a month long pirate festival in Tampa that has a concert, an arts festival, a half-marathon, and a few parades. This time lapse is of the main parade, and starts around 11am, and ends around 6pm. I shot this time lapse on my D5100 with an 18-105 and a D750 with a 70-300. The D5100 was looking at Ashley Dr and Curtis Hixon Park, and the D750 was focused on the Brorein Bridge and the channel where the boats parade through.

This time lapse was also picked up by the Tampa Tribune, and is my most watched YouTube video to date.

I also rendered a no movement version you can see here, and you can see the 2015 time lapse here.
